Tip 1: Use social media to correct contact information

Use social media to encourage your families to update their contact information. No matter what communication platform or SIS you use, it’s important to make sure that student and family contact information is up-to-date and accurate.

You probably don't have a lot of spare time to check every failing email, text and voicemail number and then reach out to update contact details right now. Reminding parents on social media about how to get set up if they are out of the loop should help.
