2 simple effective posting practices

1. Write Relevant Subject Lines

If you want people to sign up for a supply list, the subject should indicate that. If the subject says ‘Weekly News’ there’s likely to be fewer signups. Want chaperones for a field trip? The subject should say ‘Field Trip’ instead of ‘Newsletter’. You can always include a link to another post in the newsletter if you wish. Here’s how a ParentSquare post link looks like

2. Write Your Weekly News in the Post Body Instead of Attaching It

Parents are more likely to read your newsletter if it is in the body of the email as it takes fewer clicks to get to the newsletter. You can bold/ italicize/ underline text in ParentSquare post for extra punch!
